Terms & Conditions — E-PAY

1. General Terms

This application ("App") is owned and operated by E-PAY. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By installing or using the App, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must register with accurate and complete details. Each person is allowed to maintain only one account. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

3. Wallet & Withdrawals

The App provides a wallet system to manage your funds. Withdrawals are available only to verified users. A minimum withdrawal amount will be set by E-PAY. Withdrawal processing time may take 24–72 hours. The company is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect bank/UPI/wallet details provided by the user.

4. Fraud Prevention

Multiple accounts, fake registrations, use of VPN/emulators, automation tools, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited. If fraud is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the wallet balance will be forfeited.

5. Compliance with New Gaming Rules (Government of India, 2025)

As per the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, the following apply:

  • Ban on Real-Money Games — Any game involving betting, gambling, or monetary stakes is strictly prohibited.
  • Promotion of E-Sports & Social Games — Only non-monetary, entertainment-based features are allowed.
  • Penalties for Violation — Engaging in restricted activities may result in penalties up to ₹1 Crore and imprisonment up to 3 years.
  • Regulation by NOGC — The National Online Gaming Commission (NOGC) regulates compliance and classification of online games.

E-PAY Compliance:

  • The App does not provide any gambling, betting, or real-money gaming services.
  • Wallet usage is strictly limited to features provided inside the App.
  • Any misuse of the platform for illegal gaming or monetary gambling will result in immediate suspension.

6. Liability

The App is provided on an “As Is” basis. E-PAY is not responsible for technical issues, server downtime, or third-party payment gateway errors. Users are responsible for ensuring that their provided details are accurate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and features of the App belong to E-PAY. Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any part of the App without permission is prohibited.

8. Right to Modify

E-PAY reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, wallet policies, and withdrawal rules at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or official website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed under the laws of India. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City, India].

1. सामान्य नियम

यह एप्लिकेशन ("App") E-PAY द्वारा संचालित है। इस ऐप का उपयोग करने के लिए आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। ऐप को इंस्टॉल या उपयोग करने पर आप इन नियमों और शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं।

2. खाता पंजीकरण

ऐप का उपयोग करने के लिए आपको सही और पूरी जानकारी के साथ पंजीकरण करना होगा। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति केवल एक खाता रख सकता है। गलत या भ्रामक जानकारी देने पर आपका खाता निलंबित या स्थायी रूप से बंद किया जा सकता है।

3. वॉलेट और निकासी

यह ऐप आपके फंड को प्रबंधित करने के लिए वॉलेट सिस्टम प्रदान करता है। निकासी केवल सत्यापित उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए उपलब्ध है। न्यूनतम निकासी राशि E-PAY द्वारा तय की जाएगी। निकासी प्रक्रिया में 24–72 घंटे लग सकते हैं। गलत बैंक/यूपीआई/वॉलेट जानकारी देने पर असफल लेन-देन के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

4. धोखाधड़ी रोकथाम

एकाधिक खाते, फर्जी पंजीकरण, वीपीएन/इम्युलेटर का उपयोग, ऑटोमेशन टूल या धोखाधड़ी की गतिविधियाँ सख्त वर्जित हैं। यदि धोखाधड़ी पाई जाती है, तो खाता तुरंत निलंबित कर दिया जाएगा और वॉलेट बैलेंस जब्त कर लिया जाएगा।

5. नए गेमिंग नियमों का पालन (भारत सरकार, 2025)

ऑनलाइन गेमिंग अधिनियम, 2025 के अनुसार:

  • वास्तविक धन वाले खेलों पर प्रतिबंध — कोई भी खेल जिसमें सट्टेबाजी, जुआ या पैसों का दांव शामिल हो, पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित है।
  • ई-स्पोर्ट्स और सामाजिक खेलों का प्रोत्साहन — केवल गैर-मौद्रिक, मनोरंजन-आधारित सुविधाएँ अनुमत हैं।
  • उल्लंघन पर दंड — नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर ₹1 करोड़ तक का जुर्माना और 3 साल तक की कैद हो सकती है।
  • NOGC द्वारा नियमन — राष्ट्रीय ऑनलाइन गेमिंग आयोग (NOGC) अनुपालन और खेलों के वर्गीकरण को नियंत्रित करता है।

E-PAY अनुपालन:

  • यह ऐप किसी भी प्रकार की जुआ, सट्टेबाजी या वास्तविक धन वाले खेल उपलब्ध नहीं कराता।
  • वॉलेट का उपयोग केवल ऐप में दी गई सुविधाओं तक सीमित है।
  • प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का दुरुपयोग कर अवैध गेमिंग या मौद्रिक जुआ करने पर तुरंत खाता निलंबित कर दिया जाएगा।

6. दायित्व

यह ऐप “जैसा है” आधार पर उपलब्ध है। E-PAY तकनीकी समस्याओं, सर्वर डाउन होने, या थर्ड-पार्टी पेमेंट गेटवे की त्रुटियों के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है। उपयोगकर्ता यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं कि उनकी दी गई जानकारी सही है।

7. बौद्धिक संपदा

ऐप की सभी सामग्री, डिजाइन, ब्रांडिंग और सुविधाएँ E-PAY की संपत्ति हैं। बिना अनुमति कॉपी करना, पुन: प्रस्तुत करना या वितरित करना वर्जित है।

8. संशोधन का अधिकार

E-PAY को इन नियमों और शर्तों, वॉलेट नीतियों और निकासी नियमों को किसी भी समय अपडेट या संशोधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। बदलाव ऐप या आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के माध्यम से बताए जाएंगे।

9. कानून और अधिकार क्षेत्र

ये नियम और शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी। किसी भी विवाद का निपटारा [आपके शहर, भारत] के न्यायालयों में होगा।
